1. Plastic reserved pores are too large, use model glue reinforcement and model powder supplement;

2. The plastic reserved aperture is too small. Use electric drills to be processed to a relative pore diameter or manual intervention and then inlay;

2. What are the inlaid processes of copper nuts?

(1) Hot -melt nut: generally use hot -melt machines for hot pressure inlaid;

Make the material heat and melt, and the material will be wrapped in copper nut after cooling.

(2) Injection nut: Injection nuts are strictly strictly required for the aperture, and the pore diameter needs to be controlled within 0.05mm;

In small batches of production technology, when the silicone mold is made, the copper nut hole is reserved. When making the product, the copper nut and the material are poured into the mold together to make it embedded.
